It seems as if the drawn out legal issues for JobsOhio are behind us, at least according to the 1oth District court of appeals. The court has cleared the way for the transaction that would allow the sale of bonds to fund JobsOhio, and according to Mark Kvamme, everything should be in place by year’s end, giving economic development in Ohio a big boost.
